CISRA acknowledges the benefit of continual learning. We actively encourage our staff to stay at the top of their fields and support this through dedicated training and external study assistance. In fact, development and learning is part of your everyday work at CISRA. We maintain an on-site technical library and librarian to ensure we have the most up to date information on hand.
At CISRA, we formalise this commitment to staff through our annual development planning process where managers work with individuals to identify career paths, and plan and track development goals to achieve these.
We also provide opportunities for staff to attend important conferences and seminars, both locally and globally. We believe this is an important aspect of maintaining up to date knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and developments.
CISRA provide the opportunity of learning from talented industry leaders. This is facilitated by our informal mentoring programme, where new starters are educated in proprietary technologies, methods and standards in a relaxed environment as part of their daily work.
