At CISRA we have a "no rules" approach to Innovation. What this means is that ideas are easily communicated, readily discussed and explored with little "ceremony" to delay the process. In fact, at CISRA there are no barriers to contribution. Staff at all levels of the organisation are encouraged to share ideas, analyse problems and propose solutions. To assist this, CISRA uses a decentralised decision-making & communication process where staff consultation and involvement is high.

The diversity of CISRA technologies and the focus on excellence means that at CISRA we maintain extremely high standards in everything we do. Our environment is highly technical with a strong intellectual "bent". Our flexible management structure ensures that managers are actively involved in day-to-day project developments.

One of the key features of life at CISRA is that people are themselves here. They are encouraged to openly share ideas and communicate with others in all parts of the organisation. Freedom of ideas and speech is a key element to our culture as we support diversity of thought and acknowledge the value that individuals have to offer. CISRA's environment is "people focussed" - where we consider and treat our staff as partners of the business. To encourage this we support career development through external studies and career and development planning.
Overall, our environment is relaxed and friendly with an enthusiasm for social activities such as table tennis and indoor soccer. We even have a regular Bridge tournament! Most of all, working at CISRA is both challenging and rewarding.
